How this CIO mastered Digital Transformation decades before it became a buzzword!

Samrat Banerjee is the CIO at Emami, a Rs 3578 cr Indian behemoth in the consumer industry with more than 500 products, 4.9 million retail outlets and a presence in more than 70 countries.

In his previous roles, Samrat has been associated with GE, General Motors, ITC, Spencer’s and Emami. He’s been in the CIO role for almost a decade and has been instrumental in several digital transformation initiatives and led businesses & IT teams in the areas of Business Analytics, Mobility, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & e-commerce.
